Animal Food in Eden

A little bit of explanation to this seemingly random video. It seems that in Eden, before the fall, animals only ate green herbs. So why is it that every time we see pictures of dinosaurs (or other creatures) they usually look angry and ready to kill someone. What is forming our world view?
